Basic daily living becomes
a challenge as Alzheimer's advances. At The Cottage, we ensure
that the resident lives their fullest life by caring for them
with strong support in those activities of daily living. Dressing,
bathing, and grooming are just the beginning. We focus on programs
that include minimizing overstimulation, physical discomfort,
and complicated tasks, limit barriers to communication, and
offer a bowel and bladder program – regular, consistent toileting
every 2 hours. |
